Randy is currently a Corporate Administrator for Konover Residential Corporation. While holding this position he has and continues to deliver superior support to the President.
Randy joined Konover Residential Corporation March of 2021 where he began his journey as an Assistant Property Manager. Within 3 months Randy obtained the following certifications Certified Occupancy Specialist Advanced, Enterprise Income Verification Specialist, and Tax Credit Specialist. These certifications were obtained through The National Center for Housing Management. Shortly after obtaining these certifications Randy was promoted to Property Manager.
Randy joined the corporate team in October of 2023 where he continues to excel. He is very motivated, detailed, and willing to go above to further his career.
