Annual 2024-25 dues: $1,076*/flat rate.

 *The flat fee dues payment is prorated from the date of application through the fiscal year end, June 30th, and must be submitted with your membership application. 

Owners of properties that have a total of 75 units or less. All properties and individual employees receive member benefits.

Applicants will be contacted by CTAA leadership within one to two weeks to verify their full list of properties and unit counts. Once verified, new members can enjoy CTAA’s extensive benefits!

Owners, Builders, or Managers with multi-housing units who operate or have interests in the state of Connecticut. Per the Association by-laws, all Connecticut properties owned or managed must be signed up to qualify for membership. Individual employees of all the properties will receive member benefits. 

Annual 2024-25 dues formula: $1,120* + $130 per property + $2.30 per unit 

Example: A management company with 4 properties with 200 units each would pay: $1,120 + (4 x $130) + (800 x $2.30) = $3,480 total.
