Brian Lemire

Mr. Lemire joined Paredim in 2015. In his role as Senior Director, he is responsible for Paredim’s regional property operations. He oversees the leasing, marketing, maintenance, and operations programs along with budgeting, financial reporting, leasing and marketing analysis, development, staff motivation and success, contract negotiations and procurement, site and apartment quality control, as well as policy and procedure development and implementation.

Before joining Paredim, Mr. Lemire held the position of Regional Property Manager for US Residential Group, one of the largest national fee-based multifamily managers in the United States. In this role he was responsible for the performance and success of 3,800 apartment homes across 17 communities in CT, MD, and NJ. Prior to that Mr. Lemire worked as a Senior Property Manager for Winn Residential where he managed a portfolio of 2,300 apartment homes spanning 23 communities in CT, GA, PA, and NY. His duties encompassed portfolio operations, property acquisitions, and client relations. Throughout his career, Mr. Lemire has held significant responsibility for directly overseeing residential property assets valued at over $1 billion.

Mr. Lemire earned his BS in Business Management from Keene State College in Keene, NH. He also holds a Connecticut Real Estate Salespersons License, along with several industry designations such as CAPS, C4P, SHCM, and LIHTC Specialist. Additionally, he served as the past president of the Connecticut Apartment Association, is currently serving as the treasurer, and is actively involved in the membership committee.
