About the Teacher:

Heather Morin oversees and provides compliance support for more than affordable communities in CT, RI, and PA. She is responsible for ensuring timely communication and implementation of all policies and procedures from state agencies to her team. Additionally, she is responsible for training new employees, completing compliance reviews, and annual reporting to state agencies. She has been key in implementing many new properties from new construction, acquisition, and resyndication over her tenure at WinnResidential. Most of her properties also have multiple program layers, so she is well faceted in multiple requirements. 

Throughout her 15 years in compliance, Heather has obtained certifications as a Certified Credit Compliance Professional, Specialist in Housing Credit Management, Certified Professional of Occupancy, and Advanced Certified Occupancy Specialist.
